FOB (Free On Board) is the truck price at a Chinese port, before shipping. CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) is FOB + ocean freight + marine insurance to your port. Most buyers quote CIF because it makes the budget simple: one number that lands the truck at the dock.

Are these prices FOB or CIF?
