What We Upfit – Capacity and Typical CIF Prices
We build on a new HOWO, Shacman or FAW chassis, or upfit a used chassis you select. Capacity and price depend on the body and the chassis; the ranges below are CIF to an African or Middle East port.

How a Custom Upfit Order Works
- 1. Tell us the job. Cargo type, required capacity, road and climate conditions, and destination country.
- 2. We spec the build. Chassis, body, pump, tank steel and paint are matched to the conditions, and we send a written spec sheet and CIF price within 24 hours.
- 3. Confirm and pay. A deposit locks the slot; the balance is due before shipment. We send photos at every stage.
- 4. Build and inspect. 10-25 working days depending on body type. You receive build photos and a final inspection video.
- 5. Ship. RoRo or container from Tianjin or Qingdao, with full export documents, insurance and CIF delivery to your port.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you upfit a used chassis instead of a new one?
Yes. If budget is the priority, we can build the body on a used HOWO or Shacman chassis that passes our inspection. This usually saves 25-40% versus a new chassis.
How long does a custom upfit take?
Usually 10-25 working days after the deposit clears, plus 30-45 days at sea to most African ports.
Will the vehicle meet my country’s import rules?
We build to the destination market’s requirements, including right-hand drive and age limits. Tell us the country and we will confirm what is accepted before you commit.
